Product:
Transition Saddle, Vacuum-loading ASA VL KG, Clamping System FRIALOAD, Coupler AM, Shaft lining adapter ASFL, Plug-in coupler AEM, Scraper chain FWSK, FRIAMAT eco prime
The Challenge
A 2.5-kilometre-long d 450 sewage pipe made of PE 100-RC SDR 17 was to be efficiently laid and installed with the FRIAFIT sewage system from FRIATEC. The main requirements were an economical and robust solution that would allow for easy handling and assembly, safe, durable application and quick on-site assistance. Furthermore, the existing concrete shaft was to be connected to the polyethylene sewage network.
The Solution
The right FRIATEC brand equipment withstood all the challenges on the construction site. FRIALOAD enabled the saddles to be clamped and fused in an efficient work process. Thanks to vacuum technology, saddles of all kinds can be clamped more easily, quickly and safely than ever before. Installation required less effort and the digital display allowed immediate leak control. The advantages of FRIALOAD, including its ease of use, robustness and the ability to be deployed quickly on site, contributed to the successful realization of the project. The FRIAFIT PE sewage system offers easy handling and installation thanks to its lightweight and safe materials.
The Realisation
Aliaxis demonstrated a fast and reliable solution with the FRIALOAD clamping technology and simple processing with the FWSK d 250 - d 1000 Scraper chain. In addition, the fusions were carried out reliably with FRIAMAT eco prime. A total of 2.5 kilometers of sewage pipe with AM coupler were laid and around 50 houses were connected to the sewage system with ASA VL KG d 450 with outlet d 160. With the construction site support of our technical field service, two ASA VL KG 450 with outlet 160 were clamped and fused with FRIALOAD and then drilled, after the site team was successfully instructed and was able to carry out all other fusions quickly and efficiently. The connection to the existing wastewater shaft was made with the connection system consisting of the ASFL wastewater shaft lining and the AEM plug-in coupler. The system provides a secure and permanent connection between concrete or masonry manholes shafts. It absorbs both axial and vertical pipe movements.
The Conclusion
The installation of the wastewater pipeline with around 50 outlets in Unna, North Rhine-Westphalia, was successfully completed thanks to the advantages of FRIALOAD, especially the vacuum technology and the robust construction. The use of ASA VL KG with the FRIALOAD installation technology has shown that it is an efficient and economical alternative to conventional methods such as T-pieces. It has shortened the installation time and improved the quality of work. Thus, it is a reliable and safe application. It has been proven that FRIALOAD offers an optimal solution for the installation of wastewater pipes with outlets.
