Pipes, fittings and valves for demanding industrial applications
PP-H (homopolymer polypropylene) is a thermoplastic, semi-crystalline resin that belongs to the polyolefin family. PP-H is the result of the polymerisation of propylene (C3H6) with the aid of catalysts. The latest generation PP-H line consists of a comprehensive range of pipes, fittings and valves used in the construction of process and service lines for the pressurisation of industrial fluids for maximum operating temperatures of up to 95°C. The entire product line consists of polypropylene homopolymer resins MRS 100 (PP-H 100) according to the classification DIN 8077-8078, DIN 16962 and is approved by the DIBt - Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik for use in industrial processes.
PP-H is frequently used in industrial applications due to its high resistance to chemical substances, its ability to work in a wide temperature range and the polyfusion welding joining system. The Aliaxis PP range is particularly suitable for the assembly of process and service lines for the distribution of aggressive industrial fluids under pressure. As well as for a variety of applications including chemical mixing and dosing and exhaust gas after-treatment.
