Starting in May, you will find the 3.1 Certificates for our infrastructure products in the customer portal for you to download. You can query the certificates based on the batch number of components, the serial number of devices such as FRIAMAT, or the order number.
The creation of the 3.1 Certificates is free of charge and replaces the previous email dispatch. Please note that from May 14th, 2025, the certificates will only be available digitally on the customer portal.
If your company does not yet have access to our customer portal, we kindly ask you to register at https://portal.aliaxis.de/portal/en to ensure a smooth transition.
